Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay was quite an experience! The location is a big plus, being close to Hongqiao Airport and the subway. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean, which made me a bit uncomfortable. While the service staff were helpful, the language barrier was a challenge. The breakfast spread was decent, but the overall dining experience could have been better. Overall, it's an okay choice for the price, but not ideal if cleanliness is a priority.
I had a stay at this hotel that had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, being in a quiet area but still easy to access from the airport and subway. While the rooms felt safe and were decently clean, they could definitely use some maintenance, especially the mold in the balcony area. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were really helpful, while others seemed unaccommodating. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money considering its location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I found this hotel to be a decent option with large beds and a good price point, especially considering it's about a 12-minute walk from the subway and the Shanghai Zoo. While the location is quiet and convenient with restaurants nearby, I was disappointed with the room's upkeep. The service could definitely use some improvement, but for the value, it might still be worth considering.
The hotel is reasonably priced and located in a quiet area, perfect for a good night's sleep before catching a flight. The rooms were quite comfortable, though they could use some updating. Service was a mix; while some staff were helpful, others were dismissive at times. Overall, it's not a luxurious stay but offers decent value for money.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is situated in a quiet but convenient location near the Shanghai Zoo subway stop and Hami Road. While the rooms were a bit old and needed some cleaning, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did experience some organizational issues with my reservation and payment. Overall, it was a fair value, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms.
